Demystifying Measurement in Leader Development Course

This course, led by Ryan Brown, Managing Director for Measurement at the Doerr Institute, equips participants with the tools and methods needed to evaluate the effectiveness of their leadership programs. This six-week virtual course is designed like a graduate-level seminar, requiring active engagement and critical thinking. Participants who complete the course and receive a passing grade on the final project earn a digital badge. This course provides a framework for evaluating leadership programs and initiatives, offering strategies to measure impact and improve institutional effectiveness.

The Carnegie Elective Classifications management team does not work with individual campuses to avoid conflicts of interest. The staff for the Elective Classification for Leadership for Public Purpose is available to conduct multi-institution trainings.
