Assembling Your Application Team for the LPP Classification

Behind every strong LPP application is a well-chosen, well-coordinated team. This session will guide you through key questions to consider when forming your classification working group: Who needs to be at the table? Where do you need buy-in? Who holds influence, data, or insights that can strengthen your submission?

Using a planning worksheet provided during the session, you’ll begin identifying stakeholders, mapping roles, and developing your strategy to engage collaborators across campus.
