We are pleased to share our activities, accomplishments, and reflections from the past year, along with our goals for the year ahead. The Carnegie Elective Classifications framework continues to evolve in response to shifts within our institutions and communities, shaping how we approach institutional and community-based problem solving.
We are excited to celebrate the institutions that have received the 2026 Elective Classification for Community Engagement and are pleased to announce its new host. This past year marked a significant milestone with the Carnegie Elective Classification for Sustainability pilot, and we are pleased to share more details about this initiative and introduce its new host institution. We will also provide new updates about the Elective Classification for Leadership for Public Purpose.
Additionally, we will discuss the updated model for the Elective Classifications, reflecting our commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and making a positive impact. We look forward to highlighting the many resources available on ACE Engage, our website, and social media platforms to support ongoing learning and collaboration.
